Who This Is For

You sell. Your customers want to pay by phone. You want to make that possible.

This course is for women entrepreneurs in Paraguay's interior who currently handle sales in cash and want to start accepting digital payments. No prior experience with digital wallets is required — or even expected.

The sessions are small-group, in-person, and entirely hands-on. Every step is practiced live on your own phone before you leave the room. Materials are available in both Spanish and Guaraní.

Session One

Setting Up Your Account

  • Download and install the wallet app on your phone
  • Create and verify your account step by step
  • Understand the main screens and navigation
  • Set up your profile and security settings
  • Ask every question you have — at your own pace

Session Two

Receiving & Transferring

  • Generate your QR code for customer payments
  • Practice receiving a real payment from another participant
  • Send a transfer and understand the confirmation screen
  • Read your transaction history and understand each entry
  • Learn what a payment receipt looks like and how to share it

Session Three

Security & Staying Safe

  • Identify the most common scam messages targeting sellers
  • Understand what a fake payment screenshot looks like
  • Learn how to verify a payment was genuinely received
  • Know what to do if something goes wrong
  • Take home printed reference guides in Spanish and Guaraní
